Instructions

  1. Fry the onion until softened, then add the flour and curry powder, and stir.
  2. Add the vegetable stock and bring to the boil.
  3. Add the parsnips, salt and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Take the soup off the heat and blend.
  5. Bring the soup back up to a simmer and add the lemon juice.
